Comcast / Xfinity re-uses e-mail addresses. I set up an account for my son at comcast. Then when he tried to register at itunes that site said he already had an account. So he clicked "forgot my password". They e-mailed him a new password. When he logged into itunes, he realized that it was someone elses account that they had set up on that comcast e-mail address.
